I achieve this by working on corrective behaviors not designed to embarrass or punish, rather lift and inspire. Inclusive of a focus on accountability - disciplines & mindset. I bring my unique talents, knowledge and experience to the table for each and every day. My goal is that every client experiences a major break through in their businesses & become a raving fans. At first glance some may think I am relentless - however by "peeling back the onion" one will realize it is due to my empathetic understanding that I can be unstoppable. My Super Power, as coined by a client, is Peeling and Pushing.
